FROM BOULDER / BROOMFIELD / WESTMINSTER / DENVER

1. Take U.S. Route 36 and get off at the Superior / Louisville exit. This is also the exit for McCaslin Boulevard and West C170.

There are two exits for Louisville. If you are approaching the Superior – Louisville exit from the west, it’s the first Louisville exit. If you are approaching from the east, it’s the second.

2. Drive north on McCaslin Boulevard for .5 miles. You will cross Dillon Road and Cherry Street. Get in the left lane.

3. Immediately after passing a 7-11 convenience store on the right, turn left into a divided driveway with a little row of trees running down the middle. As you start west on the divided driveway, you will notice on your left Tibet's Restaurant & Bar and on your right a Quizno's sub shop.

4. Drive west on the divided driveway for about 100’ to a “Y” in the parking lot.

5. At the “Y” bear left and drive another 100’ to a stop sign.

6. Straight ahead you will see our building. It has a large number 357 on the side. A smaller sign in front of the building reads “Executive Suites of Louisville.”

7. Walk or take the elevator to the second floor where you will enter the waiting area.

8. If the receptionist is on duty, check in with her. If she is not on duty, just have a seat.

9. If you are here for the first time, you have been asked to arrive 45 minutes before your appointment in order to fill out some forms and take several inventories. You will find these on the receptionist’s counter on a clipboard with your first name on it. If your partner is with you, there will also be a second clipboard with his/her first name on it.

FROM SUPERIOR

1. Drive north on McCaslin Boulevard to where it crosses Route 36.

2. Starting here, follow the directions above for Boulder / Broomfield / Westminster / Denver beginning at Step 2.

FROM LOVELAND / FORT COLLINS / GREELEY

1. Take I-25 and get off at the Lafayette / Brighton exit (exit 229).

2. At the top of the off ramp, turn right onto Colorado Route 7.

3. Drive west 6.5 miles, passing through the north end of Lafayette.

4. Turn left onto U.S. 287 and drive south for 1 mile to South Boulder Road.

5. Turn right onto South Boulder Road.

6. Drive west on South Boulder Road for 3.6 miles and turn left onto McCaslin Boulevard.

7. Drive south on McCaslin Boulevard for 1.2 miles and cross Century Drive. Do not turn here.

8. Continue south on McCaslin Boulevard for another 500’ and pass Century Circle on the right. Do not turn here.

9. Continue south on McCaslin Boulevard for another 200’ and immediately after passing a Quizno’s on the right, turn right into a divided driveway with a row of little trees running down the middle.

10. Follow the directions above for Boulder / Broomfield / Westminster / Denver beginning at Step 4.

FROM BRIGHTON

1. Take Route 7 west to Lafayette.

2. Follow the directions above for Loveland / Fort Collins / Greeley beginning at Step 3.

FROM LAFAYETTE

1. Take South Boulder Road west.

2. In Louisville, cross Highway 42 and continue west on South Boulder Road for another 2 miles and then turn left onto McCaslin Boulevard.

3. Follow the directions above for Loveland / Fort Collins / Greeley beginning at Step 7.

FROM LONGMONT

1. Drive to the intersection of Hover Street and Hywy 119 on the southwest end of Longmont.

2. Drive south on Hover Street for 10.4 miles to South Boulder Road in Louisville. (Once outside of Longmont, Hover Street becomes 95th Street and then in Louisville it becomes Hywy 42.)

3. Turn right onto South Boulder Road, drive west for 2 miles, and then turn left onto McCaslin Boulevard.

4. Follow the directions above for Loveland / Fort Collins / Greeley beginning at Step 7.
